The Huizinga PhD/RMA Council is looking for new members. We have opened up two new vacancies for RMA Huizinga members to come join our team.
The council represents all Huizinga PhDs and RMA students and forms both an official and unofficial link between the program team and the board of directors on the one hand and the PhD/RMA community on the other. Tasks of the representatives include, but are not restricted to:
- attending the program team meetings where the yearly curriculum is designed and decided upon
- attending board meetings
- conducting surveys
- organizing our own events (museum visits, drinks, lectures)
- communicating between the Huizinga Institute and the PhD/RMA-candidates
- coordinating a session at the Historicidagen 2026
The council strives to create an inclusive culture and aims to equally represent affiliated universities and all types of PhD candidates and RMA students.
