Three-day Online Writing Retreat

Give your writing a boost in this three-day online Writing Retreat. Each day will be started off together with the group and the trainer, Dr Griet Coupé. You will set your goals for the day, followed by an effective workshop. After a day spent writing, you will meet up with your group and trainer to wrap up together.

This Writing Retreat includes a one-on-one coaching session with a writing coach from the Radboud Writing Lab (45 mins) for each participant. These sessions will take place on 31 May, 1 and 2 June between 11:00 and 16:30. When registering below, please indicate in the remarks section if you would like to have a one-on-one session and if there are any timeslots you are unavailable. If you like, you can send in a 5-page piece of writing before the session. You will receive more information after registering.

Day 1: Monday 31 May

Day 2: Tuesday 1 June

Workshop: Keeping focus when working at home

Day 3: Wednesday 2 June

Workshop: Revising your own text

11:00 – 12:30 Writing time
12:30 – 13:00 Lunch Break (away from your computer!)
13:00 – 16:30 Writing time
16:30 – 17:00 Wrapping up together (evaluating, Q&A)

 

You may register below. After receiving a confirmation, please send the Huizinga office a short motivation and some of the obstacles you face while writing before 20 May. Griet Coupé will try to address these obstacles in the morning sessions.
