Invitation to the next meeting of the Oral History research network of the Huizinga Institute on Friday 20 January from 3-5 pm in the Sweelinckzaal 005, at Drift 21, Utrecht University
Deze middag reflecteren we op de opzet en uitvoering van Oral History cursussen aan de universiteit, of de manier waarop Oral History verder nog in het universitair curriculum aan de orde komt.
This afternoon we reflect on the design and implementation of Oral History courses at the university, and the ways in which Oral History is further discussed in the university curriculum.
Yulya Hilevych en Hannah Malone gaven dit semester hun cursus aan de Universiteit Groningen. Zij geven een toelichting op de opzet van hun cursus en vertellen hoe deze opzet in de praktijk heeft uitgewerkt. Daarna volgt een uitwisseling met andere (voormalige/toekomstige) docenten over hun ervaringen en tips voor de do’s & don’ts. De bedoeling is dat we elkaar inspireren en ideeën aan de hand doen tijdens deze 2-talige bijeenkomst.
Yulya Hilevych and Hannah Malone taught their course at the University of Groningen this semester. They explain the structure of their course and how it has worked out in practice. This is followed by an exchange with other (former/future) teachers about their experiences and tips for the do’s & don’ts. The intention is that we inspire each other and share ideas during this bilingual meeting.
